But now, my "advanced settings" section option has absolutly no option in it, it only shows me witch audio input is currently pluged in and thats it, why would they do that?įor now i've found a solution, I donwloaded an old version of the realtek driver, and just like that the automatic switch was back! but it's annoying since there's still no option to control it in the audio console.īut what the hell, with each passing year, we get less and less options to control our shit and it's annoying, i'll have to keep those audio driver in my backpocket for the futur if I want to keep it like I preffer it. I look at the programs installed in BC Uninstaller and there is no Realtek HD Audio. Got rid of Realtek Console, updated the drivers to Realtek HD Audio of. But now with my latest PC it doesn't! Not the first time that this happened to me, but before I just had to go in the realtek audio console and there was a settings there to change it. I had a similar problem on X570 Gaming Edge Wifi but it killed the audio altogether until restarting the computer. And what I do is I plug my headphones in my front panel when I need them and it automatically switch to it. Since you have no internet connection, I suggest you pre-download the drivers and put them on an USB stick. So I have a Aorus z690 pro and, since forever, i've used headphones and speaker. After the OS installation is done, install your drivers.
